Break cupcake blockers and cotton cloud as many as you can. Then make special candies as many as you can and combine special candies to break more cupcake blockers and cotton cloud. Fish candies will fall from special candies cannon, also use them to break more icing blockers and cotton cloud. Then break remaining cupcake blockers, cotton cloud and play near monklings to bring down all below the candy string.
