Tips:
Break cotton clouds and frosting as many as you can to find pufflers. Then make lots of special candies as many as you can, you will get extra after making every special candy. Then combine special candies to break all liquorice swirls, fishing nets, more cotton clouds and frosting to find pufflers than Cupcake Carl. Find whole pufflers to collect it. If you find a part only, it will move and will hide somewhere else. If pufflers moves, play close attention where they are going. Once the fishing nets are braked, it will break remaining cotton clouds and more frosting to find puffler. Then break remaining frosting to find remaining puffler.
