First break peppermint sticks as many as you can. Then make special candies as many as you can and combine special candies to break more peppermint sticks and honey blockers to save bears. Once the peppermint sticks are braked, it will break more honey blockers to save more bears. Striped candies will fall from special candies cannon, also use them to break more honey blockers to save more bears. Then break remaining honey blockers to save remaining bears to complete the level.
