Tips:
Break cotton clouds, cupcake blockers and frosting as many as you can to find pufflers. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break liquorice locks, locked liquorice swirls, liquorice swirls, fishing nets, more cotton clouds, cupcake blockers and frosting to find more pufflers. Fish candies will fall from special candies cannon, use them to break remaining liquorice locks, locked liquorice swirls, cotton clouds, cupcake blockers, more liquorice swirls and frosting to find more pufflers. Find whole pufflers to collect it. If you find a part only, it will move and will hide somewhere else. If pufflers moves, play close attention where they are going. Then break remaining frosting to find remaining puffler to complete the level.
