Tips:
Break liquorice swirls, liquorice locks and frosting as many as you can to find pufflers. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break remaining liquorice locks, more liquorice swirls and frosting to find more pufflers. Find whole pufflers to collect it. If you find a part only, it will move and will hide somewhere else. If pufflers moves, play close attention where they are going. Then break remaining liquorice swirls and frosting to find remaining puffler/s.
