First break liquorice swirls, ice cube blockers and frosting as many as you can to find bears. Then make special candies as many as you can and combine special candies to break more ice cube blockers, liquorice swirls and frosting to find more bears. Also feed sprinkleshell with cyan color candy to break more ice cube blockers and frosting and to find more bears. When you find any part of bear, break blockers near it to find bear. Then find remaining bears to complete the level.
