First break honey blockers and liquorice locks as many as you can. Then pop up soda bottle to increase orange soda level. Once the orange soda level is increased, it will decrease one layer of honey blockers after every move. Then make special candies as many as you can and combine special candies to break more honey blockers. Fish candies will fall from special candies cannon, also use them to break more honey blockers. Then pop up remaining soda bottles to complete the level.
