First break liquorice links, ice cube blockers and frosting as many as you can to find bears. Then break lots of special candies and combine special candies to break all liquorice swirls, liquorice locks, more ice cube blockers and frosting to find more bears. Also match 4-6 purple candies to break more ice cube blockers and frosting to find more bears. There are 2 fish candies, 1 striped candy & 3 wrapped candies on the board, use them to break more liquorice swirls, ice cube blockers and frosting to find more bears. Also activate wrapped fish to break more liquorice swirls, ice cube blockers and frosting to find more bears. When you find any part of bear, break blockers near it to find bear. Then break remaining ice cube blockers and frosting to find remaining bears to complete the level.
