First play near bear to bring down it below the candy string. Then break liquorice locks as many as you can and pop up soda bottles as many as you can to increase purple soda level. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break remaining liquorice locks and to pop up remaining soda bottles. Then play near remaining bears to get all above the candy string to complete the level.
