First break ice cube blockers as many as you can. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break more ice cube blockers and to pop up soda bottles to increase orange soda level. Once the orange soda level increases, it will decrease one layer of ice cube blockers after every 1 move. Then pop up remaining soda bottles and play near bears to get all above the candy string to complete the level.
