First break ice cube blockers, liquorice swirls as many as you can and pop up soda bottles as many as you can to increase green soda level. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break more ice cube blockers, liquorice swirls and to pop up more soda bottles. Then match 3-6 candies in green soda to activate green fish to break remaining ice cube blockers, more liquorice swirls and to pop up remaining soda bottles. Then play near bears to get all above the candy string to complete the level.
