First break peppermint sticks, honey blockers, locked liquorice swirls, liquorice swirls and frosting as many as you can to find bears. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break liquorice locks, remaining peppermint sticks, honey blockers, locked liquorice swirls, more liquorice swirls and frosting to find more bears. When you find any part of bear, break blockers near it to find bear. Fish candies will fall from special candies cannon, use them to break more liquorice swirls and remaining frosting to find remaining bears to complete the level.
