Tips:
Break cupcake blockers and frosting as many as you can to find pufflers. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break more cupcake blockers, liquorice lock and frosting to find more pufflers. Striped candies will fall from special candy cannon, also use them to break more cupcake blockers and frosting to find pufflers. Find whole pufflers to collect it. If you find a part only, it will move and will hide somewhere else. If pufflers moves, play close attention where they are going. Then break remaining cupcake blockers and frosting to find remaining puffler/s.
