First break liquorice swirls, peppermint stick as many as you can and pop up soda bottles as many as you can to increase purple soda level. Then make lots of special candies and combine special candies to break all ice cube blockers, liquorice locks, more liquorice swirls, remaining peppermint stick and to pop up remaining soda bottles. Then play near bears to get all above the candy string to complete the level.
