First break pancakes as many as you can to get more space. Striped candy will fall from candy cannon, use it to break ice cube, more pancakes, to pop up soda bottles and to get bears above the candy string. Then make special candies and combine special candies to break remaining ice cube, pancakes blockers, to pop up remaining soda bottles and to get remaining bear/s above the candy string to complete the level.
